Our dinner menu offers the full selection and repertoire of our very best South East Asian flavours and Modern Asian creations. Our carefully crafted range cuts across Malaysian, Peranakan, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese cuisines and cultures. In many of our dishes, we often fuse new creations and flavours with French, European and Australian techniques, ingredients and methods of cooking. Dinner allows us a full range of small to large bites to experiment and innovate. We renew and play with new creations during our seasonal Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter menus, as well as our Secret Chef / Secret Diner projects twice a year.
